Click Here for 7 Day Forecast With the official start of spring comes a quieter weather pattern for the short-term.

High temperatures will be close to seasonal averages for the next few days, ranging from the mid-40s to the mid-50s. Expect sunshine dotted with a few clouds and a light Southwest breeze.

With increase snow melt, the risk of ice jams and low land flooding will increase. While the lower elevations remain generally dry the next couple of days. Occasional snow showers will continue in the Absaroka and Beartooth mountain ranges.

As a high-pressure Ridge continues to build in, temperatures will continue to climb reaching the mid 50s on Thursday afternoon ahead of a disturbance moving into Western Montana. More snow will move into the mountains, with a mix of rain and snow showers across the plains on Friday.

There are some indications we could see a spike in the temperatures Friday, with the possibility of a few low 60s in the area.
