Areas of rain and snow showers could be mixed with light freezing rain in the lower elevations Friday morning. This could cause some slick roads and sidewalks through the day. Stay aware, as conditions could change quickly!
Accumulating snow and colder temperatures could cause hazardous travel and slick roads into the mountain foothills West of Billings. The Beartooth and Absaroka mountains could see up to a foot of new snow with strong winds causing blowing and drifting on Friday.
High temperatures will be mainly in the 30s Friday with a few low 40s possible. Expect a mix of clouds and sunshine. Occasional scattered showers are possible through the evening.
Highs will be mainly in the 30s and lows mainly in the teens through the weekend and early next week.
