Click Here for 7 Day Forecast Temperatures Tuesday will be as cool as we seen so far in July. Showers and thunderstorms will become more frequent the rest of the week.

Highs today will be mainly in the upper 70s to mid 80s, with the upper 80s well East of Billings. If Billings stays below 86°, it will be the coolest day we have seen since July 1.

Isolated to scattered showers and thunderstorms will develop over the higher terrain early in the day. Storms then spread across the lower elevations from Billings to the South during the afternoon and evening.

Expect a bit more cloud cover than we have seen lately, with a partly cloudy afternoon.

More showers and thunderstorms are expected Wednesday, with unsettled weather continuing to the end of the work week. A series of systems will bring increased thunderstorm chances, and temperatures closer to seasonal averages.

Billings forecast:

Tuesday… Mostly to partly sunny today, with a 20% chance of showers and thunderstorms during the afternoon and evening. A high of about 84.

Tuesday evening… Mostly cloudy with a slight chance of a shower thunderstorm during the evening. Overnight low near 61.

Wednesday… Mostly to partly sunny with scattered isolated showers and thunderstorms especially during the afternoon and evening. Closer to 90° for an afternoon high.
