Click for 7 Day ForecastSnow moves into the area tonight. Then come bitter cold temperatures by Saturday. Sunday and beyond, wind will cause blowing snow, drifting, and dangerously cold wind chills.

Wednesday is actually shaping up to be a pleasant day by comparison, despite more of our chilly temperatures. Highs will be mainly into the teens with a sunny to mostly sunny afternoon.

By this evening, snow starts to move into the area. The best snow making weather starts overnight with temperatures in the single digits to low teens by tomorrow.

Accumulating snow continues on Thursday, and starts to wind down by Friday. Snow totals could range to around 7 to 10 inches in the Billings area, with more to the West and less to the East.

By Saturday morning, expect temperatures to be in the teens and 20s below zero early in the day and likely staying below zero all day long.

Sunday, winds kick in and will create extremely hazardous travel with poor visibility and the potential for drifting snow.
