0 0

Click for 7 Day ForecastEven though temperatures don’t warm up much, we get a general break in the weather Tuesday and Wednesday. But, brace yourself for snow followed by bitter cold as we approach the weekend.

High temperatures Tuesday will be back up mainly into the teens, with a chance of morning snow turning into a mix of clouds and sun for the afternoon. As the sky starts to clear, overnight temperatures will tumble to the single digits above to the single digits below zero.

Wednesday will be sunny to mostly sunny, with highs mainly in the teens.

A good chance of snow develops Wednesday night through Thursday, although snow totals are still a bit of a question right now. However, we could be in the range of 3 to 6 inches in much of the area.

As the snow winds down through Friday, bitter cold temperatures move in. By Saturday morning, the thermometer will read in the teens to 20s below zero.
