More mild temperatures are on the way for the next couple of afternoons. A significant shift in the weather pattern moves in this weekend.
Temperatures again will climb into the 60s to low 70s this afternoon, with a mix of clouds and sunshine a light wind. Ahead of a cold front, Thursday promises to be the warmest day of the week overall, with highs mainly in the 70s.
A push of cooler air will move in Friday, pushing temperatures down to the 50s. There’s a good chance of rain by Friday night through Saturday morning.
Temperatures will run a little closer to average heading into next week with highs mainly in the 50s and scattered showers.
