0 0

For the early part of this week, temperatures will trend cooler than the weekend. Expect a few showers around, and still some periods of wind.

High temperatures for the next several days will be in the 50s, with the 40s in the mountain foothills. A strong upper-level jet will continue to mix down some gusty winds at times, with wind gusts of 40 to 50 mph scattered around the area.

Right now, the trend is for temperatures to warm back in the 60s over the weekend, with lows in the upper 30s and 40s. There could be a few showers around during the week, but expected a generally dry week.

Billings forecast:

Monday… Mostly cloudy with scattered showers. Southwest winds increasing in the afternoon to 15 to 25 mph. High near 56.

Monday night… A slight chance of evening showers, otherwise partly cloudy. Low around 39.

Tuesday… Mostly sunny, and about 58 for a high temperature.
