Very warm temperatures continue through Saturday, with cooler temperatures and an increasing chance of rain next week. A few weak disturbances create clouds and give us a chance of some showers between now and then.

Clouds will increase throughout the day today, but high temperatures still having a good chance of hitting the low 80s and much of our area. A few sprinkles or showers could develop by this evening and overnight.

Tomorrow morning will be mild, with temperatures mainly in the upper 40s and 50s early Friday. For both Friday and Saturday afternoons, expect a mostly sunny sky with temperatures once again reaching the upper 70s to low 80s.

Sunday is a transition day, with highs in the 60s and increasing showers late in the day. Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, highs will be mainly in the 50s with scattered area rain showers.

Billings forecast:

Thursday… Mostly sunny with increasing afternoon clouds. A high near 81 with a light Southwest breeze.

Thursday night… Mostly cloudy, with a low around 57. Slight chance of a shower or isolated thunderstorms.

Friday… Mostly sunny once again, and temperatures returning to the low 80s for the afternoon highs.
