Wet weather will have impacts

Somewhat cool, showery, and at times, breezy weather can be expected through at least early Saturday. Warmer and drier conditions will follow.

Areas of fog and drizzle could affect visibility for travel. Sloppy fields could affect agriculture concerns, and dress appropriately for outdoor events like weekend sports.

Expect off and on rain showers and periods of drizzled today. Despite the cloud cover, temperatures to make the low 60s in the Billings area.

The chance of rain increases this evening and overnight, with temperatures in the upper 40s to low 50s early tomorrow.

Often on rain showers will follow Friday through at least early Saturday, with highs mainly in the 50s. Saturday could be somewhat breezy, making it feel cooler.

The numbers will fluctuate, but the latest rain total estimates are between 0.50” and 1.50” for much of the area.

Temperatures rebound starting Sunday, with lots of sunshine to follow next week.

Billings forecast:

Thursday… Periods of rain showers and drizzle. Otherwise, cloudy, and around 63 for a high.

Thursday night… Periods of rain and drizzle. Cloudy, with a low near 51.

Friday… A high of about 58. Periods of rain showers continue.
