Cooler tomorrow with rain to follow

After Tuesday, we will feel a significant cool down in the temperatures. Rain will become more widespread by Wednesday night.

Clouds will start to increase across the area Tuesday, and a mostly cloudy sky can be expected by Wednesday. High temperatures today will range from the 60s in the mountain foothills, low 70s around Billings, to upper 70s and low 80s closer to the Dakotas and through northern Wyoming.

Rain showers will become more widespread north the Billings by this evening. Otherwise, cloudy to mostly cloudy Tuesday night through Wednesday morning with low temperatures mainly in the 40s.

High temperatures will be in the 50s to low 60s Wednesday, then the 50s for the rest of the work week. Rain showers will become more widespread by Wednesday evening, with a chance of rain off and on through Saturday.

Billings forecast:

Tuesday… Partly sunny, with a high near 73. Isolated sprinkles and showers are possible.

Tuesday night… Mostly cloudy with isolated showers. About 48 for a low early Wednesday morning.

Wednesday… Mostly cloudy, with a high of around 60. Rain likely by Wednesday night.
