The chance of rain showers and high elevation snow remain from Billings to the South throughout the day. Gradually, conditions will dry out. But another chance of rain and snow pushes into the area late Wednesday.

High temperatures today will be mainly in the low 50s to low 60s. Expect a little more sun North and East of Billings, the better chance of showers from Billings to the South and West.

Use care when driving today, with areas of patchy fog with slick and wet roadways possible especially closer to the mountains. Conditions will improve throughout the day area

Overnight readings will be mainly into the 40s with the exception of the mountain foothills. Highs Wednesday will be in the 60s to low 70s, with the warmest readings East of Billings.

Hit and miss showers and thunderstorms will move across the area from West to East during the late afternoon and evening.
