Temps edge up, but fall short of average for now
0 0

After some pockets of morning fog, temperatures edge up a bit today. A series of weather disturbances move through the area, but temperatures will level off through Friday.

Most of the area will end up about 10 to 15 degrees warmer than Monday afternoon. Rain over the past few days and cool morning temperatures have developed into some areas of patchy fog this Tuesday morning.

A disturbance moving across the area Wednesday could produce a bit a wind, and a few stray showers. Overall, temperatures will remain consistent, with highs in the upper 60s to mid 70s widespread, and lows stay in the 40s and 50s.

Another disturbance on Thursday brings potentially breezy conditions, but the temperature waver little Thursday and Friday. Saturday is trending warmer, with highs in the upper 70s to low 80s. That is close to seasonal averages.

Billings Forecast:

Tuesday…Patchy morning fog. Then, mostly sunny and about 75 for a high. Light winds.

Tuesday night…Partly cloudy with a slight chance of an evening shower. Low around 52.

Wednesday…Mostly sunny, and near 74 for a high temperature.
