A chance of showers and thunderstorms will pop up each afternoon for the next several days. Temperatures will be running right around average for this time of year.
For this afternoon and this evening, the stronger storms with the potential of hail and damaging winds will be found East of Billings, closer to Miles City and Broadus. However, showers or thunderstorms are possible anywhere in the area for the next several afternoons and evenings.
Afternoon high temperatures will be mainly into the 80s to low 90s today, and then mainly the 80s Wednesday through Friday. Overnight temperatures will stay in the 50s to mid 60s.
Conditions start to dry out on Friday, with a generous leap in temperatures for the weekend. Highs on Saturday and Sunday are on track to be well into the 90s, and potentially even triple digit reading here or there.
