It is another day of unsettled weather across the area, with temperatures running a little below average for this time of the year, and still a chance of showers and thunderstorms. Areas of Southeast Montana have the potential for stronger storms later today.
High temperatures today will be mainly into the 60s to low 70s, with the warmest readings East of Billings. Expect a mix of clouds and sunshine, with a few showers and isolated thunderstorms.
Areas West of Billings could see storms form here earlier in the day, and there may be some strong storms in Eastern Montana, northern Wyoming, and the Western Dakotas during the afternoon and evening. The storms could produce gusty winds and small hail.
The unsettled pattern continues tomorrow, with highs mainly in the 60s. Scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms will continue to pop up especially in the afternoon.
