Periods of light rain and snow, along with continued cooler than average temperatures, will persist through tomorrow. The best chance of precipitation will be in areas East of Billings.
Bands of showers could continue to reach the area, with some breaks in between. Light showers are possible in areas from Billings to the East this afternoon this evening, but the best chance of additional rain and snow will remain across Southeast Montana northern Wyoming. Overall, accumulations will be light.
High temperatures today in our area will be mainly in the 40s, with overnight readings mainly in the 30s. Not much change for tomorrow, although there is some potential for breaks of sunshine from Billings to the West by Thursday afternoon.
Warmer and drier conditions will develop on Friday and Saturday before another round of rain showers will be scattered across the area late Saturday and early Sunday.
