Late Night Billings Police responded to a motor vehicle vs pedestrian crash near the intersection of N. 27th/7th Ave North. Medical and Fire arrived on scene and began treating the victim for life threatening injuries. Billings Police called out their Accident Investigators who shut down the 700 block of N. 27th for several hours. Investigation determined the pedestrian was walking eastbound across N. 27th and was struck by a northbound vehicle in the outside lane. The 45 year old Billings female later died at a local hospital from her injuries sustained from the crash. There were no arrests or citations issued at this time and the crash is still under investigation.
