Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks is seeking applicants to fill volunteer positions on its Citizen Advisory Committee for south central Montana

The CAC is an advisory committee designed to provide a forum for ongoing, two-way communication, help FWP identify emerging issues, provide advice and perspective on important resource and management issues and assist FWP with crafting local solutions on regional and statewide issues. Committee members represent a variety of south central Montana communities and natural resource interests.

To apply, download an application at http://fwp.mt.gov/regions/r5/cac/, or contact FWP at .  Completed applications must be received by Friday, July 29, 2016.

Applicants must live in FWP Region 5, which includes Yellowstone, Bighorn, Stillwater, Sweet Grass, Carbon, Musselshell, Golden Valley and Wheatland counties. FWP welcomes applications from anyone with an interest in natural resource issues.

The panel of volunteers typically has four weekday afternoon meetings per year in Billings.  Members serve two-year terms and can reapply when their terms expire.  Travel expenses for meetings are provided.
