Getting Old Sucks By Philip Fusco Supplemented by Dr. Timothy Nance, Licensed Psychologist
By all means getting old sucks but there are many ways to keep yourself feeling young. Getting old usually means joint aches, muscle soreness, and lack of stamina, vision and hearing issues, memory issues and bladder problems. Fortunate for you all reading this article, many ways to avoid these issues will become an easy catch.
The first thing that comes with age that men and women usually experience are joint pains and/or muscle soreness. These types of ailments can range from arthritis to maybe something simple as a lack of lubrication fluids within the joint. For the Fix of this I personally recommend Firstly to get up and actually move off that couch. Because more and more medical reseach is showing the importance or walking a little each night or day to address this pain. The supplementation I recommend is Omega 3,6,9 Fatty Acid. Another Personal Recommendation is Curcumin and Quercetin. The reason why I recommended these is because of their ability to fight inflammation better than most prescription medications on the market today.
For a lack of stamina again the idea of moving your body on a regular basis is important. My recommendation is twice a day morning and night try to take a brisk walk around the block and make a habit out of it.
For vision and hearing issues I recommend that you 1) stay out of denial that you are in fact hearing impaired and go to the doctor to get this checked. For vision we all know that once you turn 40 you needed your “Readers” and as you age you will probably need to be checked by an ophthalmologist for increasing vision issues and diseases. I recommend taking a supplement with higher levels of vitamin A. A good Multi-Vitamin for any age would be a something researched and developed by doctors and professionals (not a brand you can get at any pharmacy, drug store, and grocery store *Get the hint ;)*.
Memory issues are something that we realize today can strike at any time. The importance of a social network becomes more and more striking as one ages. If you are lucky enough to have this, either through family or trusted friends, you are certainly one step ahead of the game. These groups and individuals hopefully can be trusted to tell you the truth about these sensitive issues. A supplement that I recommend is 1) Curcubrain 2)Gaia Mental Alertness
Now get out and move your body with these friends and family and STAY HEALTHY through exercise.
