While a record flood is no longer anticipated for Yellowstone County, that hasn't stopped county leaders from keeping a close eye on the situation. Yellowstone County Disaster and Emergency Services has held daily briefings every day since late last week.

UPDATE: The Red Cross flooding evacuation shelters in Billings and Laurel are being placed on standby at 8:00 PM Monday night. The Red Cross is prepared to reopen both shelters quickly if the need arises.
