A third suspect has been arrested in connection with the Beas Lane shooting incident that occurred this past Monday morning.

Members of the Montana Violent Offender Task Force arrested Kelly Ray Dolman, age 34, without incident. The arrest occurred at approximately 6:15 Thursday evening at the BYOB Laundry on Broadwater Avenue. Dolman was booked into the Yellowstone County Detention Facility on a parole violation and failure to update his registration as a violent offender. The County Attorney will address any charges, which may result from the Shepherd incident.

No other individuals are being sought at this time and the investigation is continuing
